By accessing or using UtilityKit (utilitykit.store) — including any of our 500+ browser-based utilities, formatters, converters, or generators — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

UtilityKit provides free, browser-based online utilities for developers, businesses, creators, and general users. Tools run client-side in your browser; no account is required for core access.

Free Access

UtilityKit is offered free of charge without requiring account registration or payment for standard tool access. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features or limits in the future with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use UtilityKit only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use automated scripts or bots that degrade site performance or circumvent intended usage limits.
  • Use security or cryptographic tools to facilitate unauthorized access, malware, or illegal activity.
  • Misrepresent UtilityKit services as your own proprietary product without permission, or attempt to reverse-engineer our infrastructure beyond normal browser inspection.
  • Violate applicable laws, including intellectual property and data protection regulations.

5. Intellectual Property & Your Content

Your data: You retain ownership of all content you enter into UtilityKit tools. Because processing occurs locally in your browser, we do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.

Platform IP: The UtilityKit name, logo, visual design, documentation, and original software are the intellectual property of SpreeCode OPC Private Limited (CIN: U72900UP2022OPC170854).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

UTILITYKITIS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPREECODE OPC PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U72900UP2022OPC170854) DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY OF TOOL OUTPUTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPREECODE OPC PRIVATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. 7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to UtilityKit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
