Summary

UtilityKit ("the Platform") is a collection of browser-based utilities operated by SpreeCode OPC Private Limited. When you use our tools — to format JSON, generate QR codes, convert text, or inspect data — your tool inputs and outputs are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers for execution. We may collect limited, anonymous usage analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. We do not sell personal data.

1. Who Operates This Platform

This Privacy Policy applies to UtilityKit (utilitykit.store) and associated services. The Platform is owned and operated by SpreeCode OPC Private Limited, a One Person Company registered under the laws of India.

2. How Tool Data Is Handled

Unlike many online utilities that send your content to remote servers, UtilityKit tools execute computation inside your web browser. This means:

  • Local processing: Formatting, conversion, hashing, validation, and generation operations run in your browser using standard JavaScript and Web APIs.
  • No server upload for tool execution: Text, files, tokens, and other inputs you enter into a tool are not sent to UtilityKit servers for processing.
  • No account required: You can use our tools without registering or providing personal identifying information.

3. Local Storage & Browser Preferences

To improve your experience, UtilityKit may use browser localStorage on your device:

Tool history & favorites

Recently used tools, bookmarked shortcuts, and UI preferences may be stored locally. This data remains on your device and is not synced to our servers. You can clear it through your browser settings at any time.

4. Analytics & Cookies

When you opt in, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure page views, referral sources, general geographic region, device type, and Core Web Vitals. This helps us understand which tools are used and fix broken pages. Analytics events record only page paths, tool slugs, and action names — never your tool inputs, file contents, passwords, tokens, or pasted secrets.

Analytics storage is denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2) until you accept analytics cookies via the on-site banner or Cookie settings. You can change your choice anytime from the footer. Advertising cookies stay off unless you explicitly enable them. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

5. Third-Party Services & CDNs

UtilityKit may load static assets (fonts, icons, analytics scripts) from third-party content delivery networks. These providers operate under their own privacy policies. When you contact us by email, your message is handled according to standard email provider practices.

6. Security

Because tool inputs are processed locally, risks associated with server-side data breaches for tool content are reduced. We deliver pages over HTTPS (TLS) and follow reasonable security practices for our web infrastructure.

7. Your Rights & Contact

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), where applicable. If you have privacy questions or requests, contact us:
