Editorial Policy

How UtilityKit creates, maintains, and improves its tools and documentation.

1. Our Commitment

UtilityKit is operated by SpreeCode OPC Private Limited (CIN: U72900UP2022OPC170854). We publish free, browser-based utilities for developers, businesses, and creators. Our editorial goal is to provide accurate, practical, and accessible tools with clear documentation — so users can accomplish real tasks without unnecessary complexity.

2. Tool Development & Review

  • Standards-based logic: Formatters and validators are built against widely accepted specifications (e.g., JSON RFC 8259, JWT RFC 7519) where applicable.
  • Client-side execution: Tools are designed to process user input locally in the browser, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
  • Testing: New and updated tools undergo functional testing across major browsers before release.
  • User feedback: Bug reports submitted via our Report an Issue page inform prioritization and fixes.

3. Updates & Maintenance

The platform is actively maintained. We add new tools, improve existing ones, and fix reported issues on an ongoing basis. Significant releases are noted in our Changelog.

4. Documentation & Examples

Each tool includes a description, usage guidance, and sample data where helpful. Examples are illustrative — users should validate outputs for production, legal, or financial use. See our Disclaimer for limitations.

5. Advertising & Independence

UtilityKit may display third-party advertisements to support free access. Ad placement does not influence tool functionality, editorial decisions, or which utilities we build. Sponsored content, if ever introduced, will be clearly labeled.

6. Corrections

If you believe a tool description, example, or result is incorrect, please report it with details. We review reports and update content as needed.
